I lost my Grandfather in 2021 and I was hurt and there are days where I know that he is with me. I know what you are going through.
I have been “diagnosed” with countless things and I have been told I do not have a mental disorder but I do know what it is like to live with that stigma. I have a disability and when you live with a disability long enough you forget about it. Your family forget about it.
