I have been a spiritual believer for 3 years now and struggled many years with not fitting into religion so I am now happily myself as a spiritual believer verse religious one.
I suffered for years with Bipolar 1 disorder, anxiety, and schizophrenia. This can become a very hard and numb journey through life fast. After 10 years with these illnesses I've developed a ton of wonderful ways to improve my quality of life. Let's talk
